Maybe a meeting to discuss AOB needs to be separate then as an hour isn’t long if quite a few folk turn up. I would be keen to discuss the clubs aims and direction, past, present and future from where I see it. Yes perhaps an AGM isn’t the right time.

What about a meeting before the AGM? Be good to discuss these things with the current club committee.
