This weekend is beginning to look half decent weatherwise. It’s also the first one of the month. Anybody fancy getting out, or is there already something planned that I’ve not been told about…

My car’s out of action so can’t really… Doubt crags up this end will be dry enough after the swell over the last few days.

Actually, doesn’t look so good now. Bugger it. I’ll go to the gym.

But it’s the first of the month – we should do something. How about a prospecting walk around the Neeans (out west)

True. If you come up North and walk up to the Faither then I’d be in. Nice walk too.

This weekend is looking not too bad – cool but dry during daylight hours and light southerly winds. Should we go out to play?

I may be persuaded by the basking sun and a cool sea breeze. But where to o wise ones?

Light wind from the SSE. Cold though. Either a walk on the West side or possibly Bannaminn or Pobie Skeo. The latter faces north so might be a bit damp. Muckle Hell & Veng will be catching the wind. Ant other ideas?

What about Hamar? I’ve not been there for a while.

I vote for Bannaminn and thermal trolleys. One step short of ice climbing so good practice for the winter trip.

Yes there’s numpty routes at Hamar. You’ll still need thermals.

Go with that then. My car’s over the other side so I can drive (if you’re happy with 50mph). Can we drag Bina and Nathalie out do you think, or is it too cold?

Bina is south. Nathalie is busy. I’m happy to trundle.

I’ll be wearing shorts on a poolside all day. It’s not too cold!
